As a Team Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

* Monitoring daily workflows to ensure compliance with standard policies and procedures

* Providing support when either a HHA Recruiter or Coordinator is out on PTO

* Assisting with day-to-day overflow of work for Coordiners and Recruiters
